Shure Incorporated is an audio products corporation headquartered in the USA. It was founded by Sidney N. Shure in Chicago, Illinois, in 1925 as a supplier of radio parts kits. I joined the Global Marketing team as a Digital Marketing intern for the summer. I’ve optimized social media strategies by analyzing performance metrics, managed community engagement by responding to thousands of weekly queries, and coordinated content uploads across global channels, ensuring alignment with business strategies and optimal posting times.

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Analytics 
    Optimized global social media strategy across all platforms by analyzing 4 performance metrics on Hootsuite.
    Identified a correlation between content type and post-performance to enhance engagement.

  • Community Engagement
    Managed community engagement by responding to over 2,000 weekly queries, story mentions, collaboration proposals, and support requests.
    Ensured high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • Content Management
    Coordinated content uploads across global social media channels.
    Utilized content management systems to align with business strategies, optimal posting times, and historical social media data.
